*Every live session will be recorded and sent to participants within 48 hours. If the time zone or your working schedule doesn’t allow you to be present at live sessions, you will have recordings to practice in your own time - this will not diminish the benefits of the course.

The Bliss Body Conscious Club is a weekly meditation membership and community for meditators of all levels to explore and expand this truly life-enhancing practice.

We guide beginners to find new ways to safely and effortlessly incorporate meditation into a daily timetable - with support and short practices for an effortless start.

When moving beyond the relaxation techniques we will explore how to awaken true purposes and the full power of the practice of introspection.

Experienced meditators will discover new tools for self-healing and polish their meditation practice in a consistent and profound way.
