  • Find a pair of headphones that can be used lying down
  • Drink 2 glasses of water 60 minutes before the session
  • Turn off external sounds and noises
  • Prepare a place where you can lie down and relax
  • If you wish to, you can burn a candle and incense in your space to clear the energy and align yourself for the healing
