Retreat Guidelines for a Transformative Experience
To create an environment of deep healing and renewal, we kindly ask all guests to honor the following retreat guidelines:
Sacred Space of Well-being: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the retreat grounds to maintain a pure and rejuvenating atmosphere.
Mindful Nourishment: Coffee will not be served during the retreat. Instead, we offer high-quality green tea as a gentle and supportive alternative for energy and focus.
A Clear & Conscious State: The consumption of alcohol or any recreational substances is not allowed during the retreat, ensuring a space of clarity, connection, and deep transformation.
Personalized Care: If you have any allergies, food sensitivities, health conditions, or mental health considerations, we kindly request that you inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs with the utmost care.
Respect for the Retreat Space: Please refrain from bringing outside food or products to the retreat, allowing yourself to fully immerse in the nourishment provided.
Embracing Digital Detox: To support presence and inner stillness, we ask that mobile phones remain outside yoga, meditation spaces, and all common areas. Phone use is permitted only within the privacy of your room.
Photography & Presence: We invite you to fully immerse in the retreat experience. Photos may be taken before the retreat begins or after its completion, allowing for undisturbed focus and deep introspection during the journey.
