What is included in the price?
The retreat price is inclusive of: 1. Accommodation 6 days/ 5 nights. 2. Daily brunch and dinner. 3. All the practices, such as meditation, yoga, breath work and spiritual talks. 4. Branded welcome kit.

The retreat price doesn't included: 1. Flights and travel expanses. 2. 1:1 Energy healing sessions. 3. Spa Treatments.

Where is the retreat located?
The retreat takes place in South Alentejo region. To ensure the utmost privacy of our guests during their stay, we disclose the exact location of the retreat upon booking the experience.
How do I get to the retreat?
You may choose to arrive to Faro airport and we will help you to organize a transfer to the venue. If you are arriving to Lisbon airport, you may rent a car or take the train to reach Alentejo area. Please email us to be assisted in this matter.
Is there a choice of menus?
Our plant-based menu is full of nourishing and delicious meals, specially designed and curated for our retreat. We have carefully created a varied menu to enhance vitality and health.
Is this retreat suitable for beginners in yoga and meditation?
This is a welcoming experience for guests at all stages in their spiritual journey. Whether you are new to Yoga and meditation or infrequent practice, Vlada de Sousa and our team will support you during your journey.
How long are the Yoga sessions?
Our daily Yoga sessions are 90-minutes and include asana and kriya, pranayama and long restorative rest. The perfect length to still the mind and reconnect to the body.
What is the style of Yoga taught at the retreat?
We offer a unique and balance between Hatha / Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Embodied Movement.
What is the style of meditation taught at the retreat?
You will explore Consciousness Expanding meditations, Chakra Meditations, Energy Balancing Meditations. The practices are based on non-dual tantric philosophy and ancient sutras.
Is there any free time during the retreat?
During this retreat, there will be opportunities to simply rest in the property, read, walk or journal in your own time in between the practices. Due to the length of the retreat, we recommend guests to enjoy pockets of free time in the contemplation of the beauty of nature.

How many guests will I share my experience with?
This retreat has typically from 7 to 10 people guests. This way we can ensure peace, seclusion and tranquility are at the forefront of your experience.
If I am a single guest will I share a room?
We consider our retreats to be a sacred space and so all guests will enjoy the privacy of their own luxury bedroom. Shared occupancy is available only for close friends, family and couples upon request.

Is it allowed to smoke and drink alcohol?
The program is designed to help to detox the system from toxic and harmful substances and habits. Smoking and drinking alcohol is not the part of the retreat experience.
