To ensure our guests leave restored, balanced and in a state of bliss, we eliminate gluten, alcohol and caffeine from our retreats to detox from modern lifestyles.
We see digital communication as an obstacle to true connection and recommend a digital detox. Where this is not possible, to use phones away from communal areas.
The safety and healing of our guests is of our utmost priority. We are taking the necessary precautions in relation to Covid-19 including temperature checking, pre-retreat forms, and frequent cleaning of all retreat spaces
As the main focus of our journeys are meditation, Yoga practice and healing, we don’t commit to excursions to enable our time together to be spent restoring self and detoxing from the outside world.
