  • To ensure our guests leave restored, balanced and in a state of bliss, we eliminate gluten, alcohol and caffeine from our menu to detox from stimulating and toxic substances.
  • We see digital communication as an obstacle to true connection and recommend a digital detox.
  • As the main focus of our journeys is meditation, yoga practice and healing, we don’t commit to excursions to enable our time together to be spent restoring self and resting from being on the timeline.
