There was a highly spiritual component in most of what we did, which I found inspiring and refreshing. It was also a great opportunity to reconnect with nature away from the city, as the venue is in an area completely surrounded by lush vegetation. I was dying for this type of experience, and what the Bliss Body team pulled together far exceeded my expectations.
Such a pleasure to have attended this unique escape in HK! The house and all staff were extremely welcoming, making us feel at home and in a peaceful atmosphere. It was a great way to discover yoga and meditation techniques far from our busy lives. It was also such a nice discovery of vegan food, delicious recipes were cooked throughout the retreat! I will come back for sure!
I’ve never done a retreat before, so I had no expectations when I attended the Bliss Body Journeys’ retreat in HK. I’m so grateful, it was an amazing experience in nature and took me away from the hustle and bustle of city life. But also, helped me to reconnect with my inner self. Totally recommend it; would do their retreats in any other country.
I loved the secluded location amid the quiet hills of the New Territories. It was the perfect place to re-collect thoughts, indulge in the luxury of amazing plant-based food, and have ample time to look inside. I will be back.
